  It's impossible. Digital telephone has own communication depends on telephone manufacturer. There is no standard.
So, Techeye Phone ID is possible to use under normal line or analog line circumstance.

  Generally, digital telephone has so many function keys. You can distinguish telephone by number of function keys.
   
Q I have own customer DB. Is it possible to use it for Techeye Phone ID ?
  It is possible to take out CSV file (Excel Format) from Techeye Phone ID program.
   
Q Is there any way to save the old data when reinstall program?
  Go to C:\program files\TechEye\Techeye Phone ID \Database folder. And then, copy 'Database' folder to anywhere.
Then, before run the program, just copy 'Database' folder again to 'Techeye Phone ID ' folder after reinstall program.
   
Q 'Runtime error!' is occurred when program starts.
  1) You should check the ODBC.
Go to Control Panel ¡æ Data Sources (ODBC) 'System DSN' tab, and then please check there is Techeye Phone ID

2) In case of ODBC does not exist (in case of WWindows XP )
